Driven by a lifelong passion for coffee, Paulo launched his own import/export company specializing in high-quality coffee beans. Through this venture, he experienced firsthand the lack of fairness, transparency, and risk management in the coffee buying and selling process. Recognizing the need for modernization, he set out to reshape the industry.
